My name is Kevin, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and overall fitness and movement enthusiast.

I was a former banker for nearly 10 years, having studied finance and entrepreneurship.  As a passion chaser, I’ve found the calling of helping others achieve their healthiest lives the most fulfilling career I’ve ever had!

I created Fit United as a medium from which I can share what I’ve learned through my curiosity with movement and exercise.   I created it to show how people of all walks of life, regardless of age, socioeconomic status, or fitness level, can find their own way to get fit.

“Fitness” comes in many forms, the most obvious being physical.  There is also emotional, mental, psychological and financial fitness, factors in our lives that don’t always get the attention that they should.

#FITUNITED is a movement that I envision will allow others like you, as it has for me, to have a voice in your challenges to find “fitness” in your lives, where there is no elitism and an open platform from which we can all learn and improve our lives daily.
