My Fitness Success Story

My goal was simple:  I wanted to have a six-pack.  Although it seemed shallow or superficial at the time, what it took for me to attain this was discipline both with my food intake and my exercise regimen.  I focused on my goal, and this was my transformation in 60 days!  Although this initially started out as a physical transformation, it transformed me psychologically in the best way possible as well!

This transformation became the catalyst for me becoming a personal trainer and working in the fitness industry.  I created immense positive change in myself, and I wanted to help others attain this in their lives as well.  Now, here we are! 🙂 Read more about me.
